Bloomberg delivers information and technology to enable clear decisions for professionals in a fast-paced financial environment. This role supports Bloomberg Technology Services & Solutions by providing exceptional customer service and handling client workflows and hardware/software issues for terminal users.

Are you passionate about financial markets and providing technical support to the world’s leading financial professionals? Join the Bloomberg Customer Support team as a key part of Technology Services & Solutions. You will focus on delivering superb customer service and efficiently managing client workflows and hardware/software issues. You will install, connect, and manage hardware, configure proprietary devices, and provide workflow support for terminal clients over the phone and Bloomberg Instant Messaging. You will assist fast-paced clients in Capital Markets, Asset Management and Financial Services by installing Bloomberg software and configuring equipment. As automation grows, you will help understand our clients’ evolving technological needs and ensure the security of accounts and data. You will engage with clients, including executives, to set up, train, and connect them to Bloomberg products and platforms. You will be part of a distributed team supporting clients in more than 18 languages.
Responsibilities
* Provide superb customer service to a broad range of clients and manage various client workflows and hardware/software issues.
* Install Bloomberg software and configure proprietary hardware (e.g., keyboards, biometrics) for terminal clients.
* Troubleshoot software issues and relate them to client workflows and asset-class needs.
* Connect with clients to set up, train, and connect them to Bloomberg products and platforms.
* Support clients over the phone and via Bloomberg Instant Messaging; ensure account and data security.
* Collaborate with a global team to support clients in multiple languages.
What You’ll Need To Have
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Sponsorship is available; eligibility for UK Skilled Worker under New Entrant Requirements.
* Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).
* Ability to provide outstanding customer service via live, interactive media.
* Demonstrated interest in Finance and/or Technology.
* Desire to develop skills in customer service in a fast-moving FinTech environment.
* Willingness to learn new technologies and retain information.
* Multitasking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently and in a global team.
* Interest in pursuing a career within Bloomberg.

You’ll Need To Be Able To
* Start a full-time role in 2026 (rolling start dates from January).
* Occasionally work weekends or on a bank holiday (weekday off in lieu).
