We are partnered with a graphics Company that are looking for someone to join them in their Hampshire based site to lead the Planning and Installation activities for the printed material produced onsite.
Job description
The role will manage the transportation, storage, distribution and installation activities to ensure that products arrive at their destinations on time and fitted to the required standard.The Head of Planning and Installation is to organise and coordinate the movement of goods to customers and the installation team, keeping track of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and shipping costs. They need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as they collaborate with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Duties:
1. Ensures all planned work complies with Health and Safety policies.
2. Communicating with vendors to assess delivery details
3. Coordinating and planning the movement of goods, including scheduling deliveries and pickups
4. To ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments are available for all jobs
