We are working with a market leading health, fitness, and wellness group, who are looking to recruit an Estates Surveyor to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis to cover a maternity leave from April/May 2026 – the role can be either full or part time (3-4 days p/w).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the best-known names in the industry, in the role you will report into the Estates & Asset Manager and will be responsible for supporting with the administrative elements of management and validity of all property costs overseeing a portfolio of circa 300 subtenants across the UK and Europe. You will maintain accurate property data and support the Estates and Asset Manager in applying consistent controls across both UK and European portfolios.
Estates Surveyor requirements:
* Direct experience of operational property management.
* Previous experience working with property and finance systems is essential (D365 would be advantageous).
* Experience with new data integration process would be advantageous.
* Direct property management experience and knowledge of Landlord and Tenant.
* Proven ability of working with external suppliers such as solicitors.
Salary £40,000 - £50,000 plus corporate benefits.
This role will be based in their Hertfordshire office 2 days a week and remotely for the rest of the week.
