Responsibilities
* Lead projects as the main point of contact for clients.
* Manage day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they meet financial and time constraints.
* Oversee a diverse portfolio, including a £20m mixed-use community hub, a £50m office-to-residential conversion, and a £60m new-build school.
* Utilize both pre and post-contract skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver on project goals.
