We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in South Woodford. The ideal candidate must have previous Property Management experience with a proven track record. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Part time hours also considered! Benefits: Basic £30,000 - £35,000 Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 5 day working week OR Part time hours considered (salary pro rata'd) Private medical insurance Additional earning incentives Day off for birthday Additional holiday entitlement for every 2 years of service (capped at 6 days) Team social events Responsibilities: Manage a property portfolio of a mix of emergency housing & private rentals Carrying out external property inspections Handling maintenance enquiries Arranging and visiting properties for end of tenancy check outs Controlling Property licence applications Court applications for possession Attending court for hearings Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld Keys Skills: Previous Property Management experience with a proven track record Dynamic with strong organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Proficient IT skills Articulate and ambitious with the drive to succeed Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential Strong at timekeeping and time management.
