Asset Surveyor (Validation Surveys) London-based Housing Associaiton £30 PAYE / £39.84 Umbrella (Inside IR35) 35 hours per week Agency contract – 3 months minimum We are currently recruiting Asset Surveyors to support a London-based housing provider with property validation and condition surveys across a residential portfolio. The role will involve carrying out on-site surveys to validate existing asset data and identify required works ahead of planned maintenance and investment activity. Surveyors will be allocated a geographical patch within London and will work autonomously to manage their own appointments and workloads.
