Job title: Graduate Air Project Manager
Location: Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements; however, for this role, you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you'll be doing:
1. Undertaking a full range of activities in support of project management, given responsibility for aspects of a project, and facilitating the effective delivery of projects/programmes.
2. Supporting the Project Manager through project reporting, escalating issues, and monitoring performance.
3. Working independently on routine aspects of the activity, usually under guidance and supervision in more complex situations.
4. Attending internal and external customer meetings and ensuring the project runs to time, budget, and schedule, reporting issues early.
5. Driving plan changes to maintain progress and achieve targets.

Qualification requirements
Minimum requirement: a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, business, finance, legal, or project management-related fields.
