Youll work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a smooth, customer-focused process from application through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and underwrite residential mortgage applications accurately and efficientlyMake balanced, informed lending decisions within agreed mandatesEnsure all cases comply with company policy, lending criteria, and FCA regulationsCommunicate decisions clearly to brokers and internal teamsContribute to continuous improvement and support junior team members (if applicable)About YouMust have mortgage underwriter experience
