You’ll work with and learn from our industry-leading experts, while: Experiencing our collaborative and innovative approach to engineering Contributing to a business-applicable project that covers a wide range of software delivery technologies and processes Taking on more responsibilities as you grow, in areas such as performance benchmarking, testing, DevOps and security. Presenting your work and findings to colleagues and your fellow interns Learning every day with the support of your colleagues and dedicated mentors This is the perfect opportunity to understand what you could expect if you joined our graduate programme the following year; those who perform well during the internship may be offered a permanent graduate role. Qualifications Requirements: To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need to be: In your penultimate year at university and on course to achieve a 2:1 degree in a technical, analytical or mathematical discipline Aware of a software development language, such as C#, C++, Java or Python, and web technologies such as HTML/CSS or JavaScript Familiar with the basic principles of software development Genuinely interested in current and emerging technologies A natural problem solver with a mathematical and analytical mind Good at communicating and working as part of a team Eager to gain and apply new knowledge Closing Date: 30 th September 2025 Workstyles: We believe in the value of in-person learning at this early stage of your career, so you’ll be expected to come into the office at least three days a week.
