Maintenance Support Administrator - Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (07:00-19:00)
An opportunity has arisen for a diligent and highly organised Maintenance Support Administrator to join the Engineering Department of an established aviation maintenance provider. In this role, you will be central to the accurate processing of maintenance work packs within the maintenance management system, ensuring all records and documentation comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. You will also play an important part in supporting payroll by checking and submitting attendance data in a timely and accurate manner.
Key responsibilities
1. Open, update and close Line and AOG work packs, confirming bill of materials and man-hour requirements.
2. Maintain and update aircraft logbooks and records for contracted aircraft.
3. Oversee the receipt, verification and secure archiving of aircraft maintenance documentation.
4. Ensure maintenance work packs contain all necessary supporting documentation (such as release certificates).
5. Prepare and issue logbook inserts following Line and AOG maintenance activities.
6. Monitor AOG inboxes and liaise with engineers regarding urgent matters, including out-of-hours where necessary.
