I am working with a magazine publisher and organiser of exciting live exhibitions who are looking for a motivated Administrator to support their busy sales team.
This is a varied role combining client support, CRM management and campaign delivery - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Role - Sales & Advertising Administrator
As a Sales & Advertising Administrator, you'll work closely with the sales team to deliver successful advertising campaigns across print, digital, and live events. You'll liaise with clients, manage campaign materials, and use platforms like Google Ad Manager, Adestra, and WordPress to support campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison: Communicate with advertisers and exhibitors to gather materials, manage deadlines, and support exhibitions.
Campaign Support: Upload advertising campaigns, monitor results with Google Analytics, and produce reports.
Email Marketing: Build and test email campaigns using Adestra (or similar platforms).
Database Management: Maintain CRM data, create targeted email lists, and track competitor activity.
Event Support: Assist onsite at exhibitions and support the annual Awards.
Content Management: Update supplier directories and create landing pages via WordPress.
Office Support: Provide occasional admin support for supplies, travel, and office coordination.
About You
High computer literacy and strong MS Office skills.
Ideally, experience with Adestra, Mailchimp, or other email platforms.
Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle deadlines.
Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
A proactive, creative approach with the ability to work independently.
A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
