A unique opportunity has arisen for a full-time Cover Supervisor to join a dedicated and nurturing SEN school in Weymouth for a short-term assignment.

This specialist setting supports children and young people aged 4 to 18 with a variety of additional needs. The school provides a therapeutic and tailored learning environment where every child is given the tools they need to succeed. As a Cover Supervisor, you will support learning during staff absences, maintaining a calm, encouraging, and structured atmosphere. You’ll work closely with experienced staff committed to promoting independence, wellbeing, and academic development in each learner.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
