Team Manager – Responsibilities
This is a 9 month fixed term contract position where you'll be based at our Eastleigh office and you will lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver a great service for our customers. Through performance reviews, upskilling and coaching, your team will not only achieve its own targets but also contribute to Abri meeting our ambitious customer service goals.
Qualifications
You will need experience of effectively managing performance and behaviour, a passion for developing people, and confidence in using a variety of computer systems with the ability to multi‑task across different channels.
