Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Mitcham. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will oversee pharmacy operations, manage and train pharmacy technicians, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, and provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, ensuring proper medication dispensing, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for implementing immunisation programs and managing inventory effectively.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription processing
* Proficiency in overseeing and guiding Pharmacy Technicians
* Experience with vaccination programmes and pharmacy service delivery, including essential, enhanced and advanced NHS and private services
* Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to ensure strict compliance with regulatory and safety standards
* Registered Pharmacist
* Previous experience in a managerial or leadership capacity is an advantage
