Morgan Hunt are working in partnership with a well-regarded organisation to recruit an HR Data Migration Analyst to support a key transformation programme, migrating people data from legacy systems into SAP SuccessFactors.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in a high-profile data migration project, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and programme teams.
HR Data Migration Analyst
Key responsibilities include:
* Data mapping and data modelling across legacy and target systems
* Data reconciliation and business validation activities
* Identifying and analysing data defects, errors and inconsistencies
* Supporting data remediation and cleansing activities
* Managing your own workload in line with the project plan and timelines
* Providing regular updates and contributing to programme status reporting
* Supporting business readiness activities
* Contributing to UAT preparation and execution
* Assisting users during parallel payroll runs
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Strong data analysis skills – with proven ability to interpret and present complex data to support decision‑making and resolve migration issues
* Data migration experience – including cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting migration challenges
* Stakeholder management expertise – confident working with internal teams and third‑party suppliers
* Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical detail into clear, accessible information for non‑technical audiences
* Collaborative approach – comfortable working across multiple teams and contributing to shared outcomes
HR Data Migration Manager
Leeds (on‑site 1 day per month) £51,000 - £60,000 per annum (Fixed Term until November)
We are seeking two experienced HR Data Migration Managers to join a major transformation programme within a large, complex organisation. This programme is focused on modernising our HR systems landscape, including the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (or equivalent platforms such as Oracle or iTrent).
This is a delivery‑focused role where you will play a key part in driving data migration activities at pace, ensuring the accurate and efficient transition of people data into new systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute HR data migration activities in line with an established strategy and framework
* Work hands‑on with people/HR data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and completeness
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business and people implications of data decisions
* Identify and resolve data quality issues and risks throughout the migration lifecycle
* Support testing and validation activities where required
* Drive progress and delivery in a fast‑paced transformation environment
Desired Experience
* Proven experience in HR/people data migration within large‑scale system implementations
* Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent systems such as Oracle HCM or iTrent
* Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles
