Responsibilities
* Provide tenancy management.
* Work from home one to two days per week.
* Deliver a proactive and responsive tenancy management service, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements and promoting sustainable tenancies.
* Investigate breaches, manage anti-social behaviour cases, and coordinate multi-agency support for vulnerable residents.
* Conduct regular property inspections and tenancy audits to maintain housing standards and address environmental concerns.
