Trainee or Experienced Surface Repair & Resurfacing Technician

We're expanding and looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented technician to join our team. Whether you're experienced in spray painting or just great with tools and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to gain specialist skills in a niche trade.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Using spray guns (HVLP systems) to re-enamel bathtubs, shower trays, and sinks
* Resurfacing and refinishing bathroom fixtures – similar to car paint spraying
* Performing cosmetic repairs on surfaces like glass, marble, wood, UPVC, and more
* Travelling to clients across London and other major UK cities
* Maintaining our high standards of workmanship and customer service
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
* Skilled or experienced in car spray painting, bath resurfacing, restoration, or surface refinishing (preferred but not essential)
* Comfortable with tools and practical handiwork
* Detail-oriented with good time management
* Keen to learn and master new trade skills
* Flexible to travel (company vehicle provided)
* You will be self-employed for this position.
