Business Integration Project Manager

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading wholesaler on the search for Business Integration project manager. This is a FTC (18 Months) role based in West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end integration of acquired business operations into the existing wholesale structure, focusing on systems, processes, and organisational culture.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define integration strategy, milestones, and key success metrics.
* Manage cross-functional project teams including supply chain, IT, operations, HR, and finance to ensure timely and effective execution.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
* Oversee the alignment of supply chain systems and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
* Identify and resolve integration issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
* Champion cultural integration and effective communication across the businesses.
* Report progress to leadership and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
What are we looking for?
* Proven experience in leading business integration projects, ideally in the wholesale, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
* Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and systems integration.
* Demonstrable experience in aligning business processes and managing cultural change during mergers or acquisitions.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong project management skills with a structured approach (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or similar).
* Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
18 month FTC - Salary - Circa £70k + benefits.
