Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in Bexleyheath Shopping centre. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing outstanding customer service while assisting clients with their optical needs, contributing significantly to our mission of promoting eye health.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate eyewear solutions.
* Provide knowledgeable advice on lens options and frame styles to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales.
* Qualifications
* Strong understanding of anatomy related to eye care (highly relevant).
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred (somewhat relevant).
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and to learn how to operate the machines for eye examinations including Optomap. We will require you to learn to show patients how to Insert and remove contact lenses too.
* Willingness to learn about optical products and services.
