Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
* Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly.
* Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
* Assist in training new staff members on front of house procedures and customer service standards.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous.
