Billing Clerk
Up to £25,000 DOE
Outskirts of Maidstone (hybrid)
Monday to Friday, full time permanent role
If you are data driven and good with numbers, this role may be for you! Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Billing Clerk to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Duties include:
Creating and checking all invoices using the internal CRM system and Excel
Ensuring that clients receive accurate, timely responses to all invoice enquiries
Logging all enquiries onto the CRM system
Providing accurate quotations to clients
Raising credits
Data input
Financial archiving
Monitoring the billing email inbox
To be considered for this role, you must have / be:
Good with numbers
A strong attention to detail
Process driven
Organised
Proficient using Microsoft Office to include Excel and Outlook
Experience using Salesforce would be a significant advantage
