The role involves supporting a pod of three advisers through comprehensive administrative work. This includes maintaining accurate client records on Intelligent Office, managing new business processing and assisting with documentation and basic report preparation. The position also involves liaison with clients, providers and colleagues to ensure coordinated workflows, together with general office administration as part of a supportive team environment. The firm is looking to engage with candidates who have experience in an IFA administration position and who are confident users of Intelligent Office. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload are important, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office. A background in independent financial planning may be helpful.
