Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience and upholding our establishment's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the care home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and offices
* Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules as outlined by the management team
* Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately in accordance with COSHH regulations
* Dispose of waste in line with infection control and health & safety procedures
* Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or concerns to the appropriate person
* Respect the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of residents at all times
* Work closely with care staff to ensure the environment supports the needs of residents
* Assist with room preparation for new residents
* Adhere to all health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding policies
* Participate in relevant training and development programs
Qualifications
* Previous experience in housekeeping.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques.
* Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.

We are looking for 2 Housekeeping staff members working 3 days a week on average. with the possibility to work additional hours in the laundry covering for annual leave/sickness.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
