We’re Hiring: Account Executive | Up to £28,000 | Live Events Industry
Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketer with a passion for live events and brand experiences? A leading Live Events Business is looking for a Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major FMCG brands and bring campaigns to life across a range of high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Partnership Activations in delivering brand plans and activations across live events.
* Manage and execute brand campaigns for a variety of FMCG clients, ensuring alignment with brand goals and event objectives.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless onsite brand activations.
* Create detailed project timelines, manage logistics, and oversee activation builds and breakdowns.
* Prepare creative briefs, develop concepts, and collaborate with external agencies on POS and merchandise.
* Own budgets, raise purchase orders, and manage brand P&Ls to ensure financial targets are met.
* Attend brand meetings, contribute to strategy sessions, and support wrap-up reviews and reporting.
* Manage photography and videography on-site to capture content for brand reporting.
* Ensure sustainability best practices are integrated into all brand activity in line with company-wide strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an agency or brand-side role
* Strong account and project management skills
* Creative thinker with an understanding of the design and activation process
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines with strong attention to detail
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
* Financial literacy, including budget management and P&L oversight
* Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
* Confident user of PowerPoint and Excel
