Your Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will manage existing client accounts while driving new business development as part of the Tenable vendor team. Your mission? To cultivate strong relationships across business areas, regional teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You’ll report directly to the Business Manager and be part of a fun, diverse team that values collaboration.
What Will You Be Doing at Arrow ECS?
* Develop and manage relationships between Arrow Global services and potential customers.
* Identify and generate new business leads, crafting detailed business plans with key strategic partners to meet quarterly revenue targets.
* Spot new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, and trends.
* Facilitate business opportunities for designated vendors by leveraging strategic channel partners.
* Implement promotional strategies for Tenable solutions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
* Plan and oversee new business initiatives.
* Research organizations and key stakeholders to uncover new opportunities.
* Enhance sales by leveraging Arrow's portfolio of services.
* Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote our offerings.
* Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
* Set and achieve goals for the development team and overall business growth.
What Are We Looking For?
* At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or business development in a relevant sector.
* A proven track record of building and nurturing strategic business relationships.
* Experience in proactively winning new business and closing high-revenue deals.
* A collaborative spirit, capable of running upsell campaigns and expanding market share with key partners.
* Ability to create professional business materials and deliver engaging presentations.
* Strong market knowledge and an understanding of the value a distributor brings to the channel.
* Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with individuals at all levels.
* Fluency in English is essential.
