OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required. Knowledge of basic food hygiene standards IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - Prepare and package fish, chips, and other menu items to our exacting quality standards Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and secure work environment. Greet guests warmly, take orders on the till efficiently, and ensure each customer enjoys a memorable experience. Serve meals to dine-in guests promptly and clear tables swiftly to keep the dining area inviting.
