Are you driven, confident and eager to build a career in property? We're looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a busy and growing estate agency. This role would suit someone ambitious who is looking to build a long-term career in estate agency.
Key responsibilities
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales and delivering exceptional customer service from instruction through to completion.
* Registering and qualifying buyers
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
* Generating new valuations and instructions
* Progressing agreed sales through to completion
* Maintaining regular communication with clients
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Keeping CRM systems up to date
* Supporting the Branch Manager and wider team
Skills & experience
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Positive, professional and well-presented
* Target-driven with a motivated attitude
* Organised and able to manage a busy workload
* Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone and face-to-face
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly
* Basic IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Previous estate agency or sales experience is advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided for the right candidate.
