Senior Transition Consultant - Defined Benefits
We are recruiting for a Senior Transition Consultant to join our Award-Winning Pension Risk Transfer business.
This hybrid role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the chance to work with Employee Benefit Consultants and Trustees of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes. Your main responsibility will be developing scheme-specific transition plans, reconciling scheme member data, and accurately recording benefits.
Key responsibilities include creating transition documentation, analyzing scheme benefits and data, performing peer reviews, managing scheme progress, supporting new business origination, ensuring timely communication, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have a pension qualification such as CII or PMI, knowledge of pension regulations for DB schemes, and experience in benefit structuring and administration. Strong organizational, communication skills, and the ability to manage tight deadlines are essential.
