* Complete tasks and processes that deliver the best standards
* Serve and sell positively across the store
Skills, Knowledge and expertise
* Serve our customers efficiently– on the shop floor and at service points
* Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy
* Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
* Have great product knowledge
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
* Follow safe and legal working practices at all times
