As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial function—organising, coordinating, and ensuring seamless delivery of marketing activities. This newly created position offers a clear career path toward Junior Brand Management, making it ideal for someone eager to learn and develop.
What You’ll Do
* Manage budgets, raise POs, and track spend accurately.
* Analyse sales data, generate insights, and present findings.
* Ensure compliance with ABPI Code of Practice and maintain audit readiness.
* Organise engaging events and team meetings that inspire collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
* Currently working as a Marketing Executive/Coordinator in pharma OR in a medical communications agency as an Account Exec/Senior Account Exec.
* Strong understanding of ABPI Code of Practice (essential).
* Experience with Veeva PromoMats (ideal).
* Highly organised, polished, and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Ambitious and motivated to progress into brand management.
