Base pay range
Role: Team Leader
Salary: £12.93 - £12.93 per hour
Service: The Old Red Lion, DN22 0EJ
Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

* Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities — empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

* Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
* Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team ensuring that training compliance levels are met and maintained.
Your Service
The Old Red Lion is a seven bed property comprising the main house with three bedrooms, an annex with two bedrooms and a converted coach house with two bedrooms. It is located in the village of Treswell, five miles east of Retford, close to Treswell Woods, Lincoln and Leverton. The service has both an independent living skills and sensory centre on site, to enable individuals to reach their goals and to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible.
