As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Functional CAD Specialist to support our customers and contribute to service excellence.
Responsibilities
As a Functional CAD Specialist, you will act as a key interface between customers, technical teams, and product teams.
Functional Support & Incident Management
* Analyse and qualify functional incidents
* Identify root causes and propose appropriate solutions
* Support users in resolving issues
* Escalate complex incidents when necessary
Customer Support & Configuration
* Assist users in configuring the START solution
* Translate business needs into functional configurations
* Advise on best practices
Training & Documentation
* Design and deliver training sessions (remote and on-site)
* Adapt training content to different user profiles
* Produce user guides and procedures
Continuous Improvement
* Identify recurring issues
* Propose product and process improvements
* Contribute to service optimisation initiatives
Profile
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a critical operational environment
* Experience with CAD or operational management systems is a plus
Technical Skills
* Strong understanding of operational workflows
* Good knowledge of Windows environments
* SQL knowledge is a plus
* Ability to analyse and resolve incidents
* Experience with system configuration
* Training and documentation skills
