£450 – £490 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)
September 2026 – April 2027
The School and Role
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis at this Primary School in Gateshead (NE11) from September 2026. The role of the Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant will involve working across classes from Year 1 to Year 5 on a bespoke timetable created by the school. It will be completing general classroom support, as well as supporting with intervention delivery for small groups. This is a school where staff work together to ensure all pupils have access to meaningful learning opportunities.
Requirements
The desired Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
