Enterprise Strategy & Architecture Lead

We're looking for an experienced Strategy & Enterprise Architecture leader to shape and guide the organisation's long‑term direction. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture and senior decision‑making, influencing how the organisation evolves over time.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the development and delivery of enterprise and functional strategiesDefining and shaping enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned to strategic goalsInfluencing and challenging senior stakeholders to drive better decisionsTranslating vision into clear objectives, outcomes and measurable success criteriaEnsuring change across the organisation is coherent, controlled and alignedWorking across teams to guide architectural decisions and implementationWhat we're looking for
