Business Development Manager – Hard FM Services An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing provider of hard FM and building services solutions. This business has been delivering high-quality service contracts for over 20 years and is looking to expand its sales team due to continued growth. About the Role: You will focus on securing new long-term service contracts for hard FM services, targeting facilities management companies and end-user clients across London and the Home Counties. You’ll also have the opportunity to source small project works and energy efficiency upgrades, with the support of a strong internal team and operational delivery function. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, target, and secure new service contract opportunities * Build relationships with FM providers and end-user clients * Undertake client meetings, site surveys, and presentations * Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and sales strategies What They’re Looking For: * Proven track record in new business development within facilities management or hard FM services * Experience selling to FM providers or end users * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Package & Benefits: * Uncapped commission scheme (realistic OTE £75k) * Car allowance * Laptop, mobile phone, and other benefits including life insurance and pension * Clear progression opportunities within a growing business
