Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Researching, writing, and coordinating high-quality bid submissions.
* Working closely with operational and leadership teams to craft persuasive, tailored responses.
* Supporting the development of case studies, project write-ups, and capability statements.
* Managing timelines and deadlines to ensure timely, complete, and compelling submissions.
* Helping shape the voice of the brand in procurement communications.
* Bringing consistency, creativity, and clarity to how the company presents it’s story.
You’ll bring:
* Previous experience in bid writing, proposals, or copywriting (construction or public sector ideal but not essential).
* Exceptional written English — clear, structured, and engaging.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
* A collaborative mindset — able to draw knowledge from different teams and shape it into a cohesive message.
* Curiosity, initiative, and pride in producing great work that makes a difference.
