Legal Secretary/Administrator for Wills, Trusts and Probate Team
Previous experience in a similar environment is required
Must be able to type accurately and demonstrate a previous secretarial or strong admin background
Competitive salary up to 30k and free parking
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary or have previous experience as an accomplished administrator who has perhaps worked in a professional services environment looking to join a highly respected Private Client team in a Law firm?
What you'll be doing as a Legal Secretary - Wills, Trusts and Probate.
* Preparing legal documents (Wills, LPAs, etc.)
* Managing correspondence and speaking with clients and third parties
* Supporting file opening and compliance
* Assisting with appointments, diaries, and document management
What we’re looking for as a Legal Secretary - Wills, Trusts and Probate.
* Strong secretarial/admin experience (ideally in Private Client law) Wills Trusts and Probate
* Excellent typing and MS Office skills to include audio typing
* A client-focused, organised, and proactive approach
