We’re recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our client’s busy, friendly call centre team. You’ll mainly handle inbound calls, supporting customers with a variety of queries while delivering an exceptional level of service.

✔ What We’re Looking For
* Strong customer service skills
* Confidence handling both inbound and outbound calls
* Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous customer service experience (not necessarily in a call centre!)
Full training is provided for the right candidates.

* Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with the company’s Quality Framework
* Be the first point of contact via telephone, email, SMS, and social media
* Take ownership of enquiries and complaints, using initiative to find effective solutions
* Accurately update internal systems to ensure smooth customer journeys
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide a seamless service
