Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced PA to join the team at ASOS. In this role, you’ll support up to 4 members of our Leadership team—helping them stay organised, focused, and ready to deliver the most exciting and relevant fashion to our global customers. You’ll be a key part of how we work: keeping things moving, staying ahead of the detail, and ensuring the day-to-day runs smoothly in a fast-paced, creative environment.
We’ll support you and our Talent team can provide adjustments throughout the process in whatever way works best for you.
Responsibilities
* Proactively managing multiple diaries and inboxes, ensuring meetings are well-organised, rooms are booked, and communications are handled professionally - including responding on behalf of your stakeholders when needed.
* Coordinating leadership meetings and away days, including agendas, presentations, minute-taking, and action tracking.
* Organising UK and international travel, managing expenses and approvals, and raising/managing POs.
* Liaising with internal teams and external partners, acting as a key point of contact and representing your stakeholders with professionalism.
* Creating briefing packs, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to support meetings and decision-making.
* Working closely with other EAs/PAs and the wider business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including shared cover during leave.
Qualifications
About you: We’re looking for a confident and dynamic PA who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
* Experience supporting multiple individuals up to, and including, Director level
* A calm, professional approach to handling sensitive or confidential topics
* A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with great attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft programmes, in particular: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint
