About the role
As a Community Care Worker, you will provide care to service users living independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care and hygiene, light meal preparation, domestic tasks, and medication management. The role requires flexibility and responsiveness to individual needs.
Shifts and Requirements
* Shifts include evenings and alternate weekends.
* This role is for drivers due to the localities.
