Customer Service Assistant

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join the team of one of our clients who has its headquarters and main production facility at Kells, Co Antrim. It has been transformed from a traditional bleaching, dyeing and finishing factory to an internationally focused enterprise providing a comprehensive service in textile sourcing and finishing. This is a full time permanent role.
The Customer Service role includes:
1. Dealing with various customer enquiries via email/ telephone
2. Inputting customer orders on MIS system
3. Manage and organise Loomstate collections/ deliveries (including TSS portal)
4. Weekly / monthly Customers reports
5. Day to day tasks within office eg, answer switchboard phone, filing
6. Sampling to customers where required
7. Produce customers Certs / COC's where required
The ideal candidate:
8. A good telephone manner & strong communication skills are required as client liaison is critical to this role.
9. Must be able to deal with incoming calls regarding customer orders and queries
10. Must be computer literate - good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is desirable
11. Ability to multitask and complete tasks within defined time frames.
12. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
13. Must be motivated and organised
14. A history of working in an administration role would be an advantage
Hours of Work:
15. Monday to Thursday from -
16. Friday from to 1pm
Salary:
17. Negotiable depending on experience
