Overview
As a Kitchen Team Leader you will work alongside and deputise in the absence of the Head Chef & Sous Chef. You will also work alongside the other chefs during prep & service times and play a part in the smooth running of a close-knit team, contributing to the kitchen department delivering bigger goals within the hotel business.
