* Support the planning and execution of internal events, including logistics, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
* Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* Entry-level experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
* Previous experience in PR, marketing, or communications (in-house or agency) is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset—We > Me.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
* Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Unily, Microsoft Office, and AppSpace is a plus.

What We Offer:

* Competitive compensation package
* Comprehensive wellness program (fitness, mental wellbeing, meditation app)
* 25 vacation days annually, plus a global year-end break from December 26–31
* Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options
* Recognition and reward programs—both formal and informal
* A fun, inclusive, and globally connected team with a robust onboarding experience
* Local events, celebrations, and team-building activities
* 4 paid volunteering days per year to support causes you care about
* High-end IT equipment from day one
* Access to learning platforms and development tools
* Global Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
