The HSE and S Senior Professional will oversee the monitoring of operations to ensure compliance with regulatory HSE and S requirements through compulsory inspections, internal audits, and adherence to duties imposed by regulators.

This role involves developing and supporting the implementation of Process Hazard Analysis

health, safety, environment and process safety programs, providing training initiatives, and awareness conducting audits and ensuring plant procedures align with company policies and standards.

The professional will keep senior management informed of changing HSE and S regulations that significantly impact the business,

In this role you will issue reports as determined by company requirements.

Additionally, the role requires maintaining documented HSE and S systems and fostering effective communication with internal managers, co:workers, and external contacts such as authorities, external emergency services, HSE and S consultants, neighboring factories, and the chemical association.
