Job Role: Distribution Sales Manager Location: Fully Remote - Required to travel to site twice a month Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Salary: Depending on Experience The Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of an industrial components portfolio through a network of authorized distribution partners. The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships across distributor organisations, supporting and educating their sales teams, and helping identify customer opportunities. This position works closely with distribution partners to recommend suitable product solutions, support application discussions, and promote a range of engineered components including springs, motion control products, and related industrial hardware. The role involves prospecting, quoting, and strategic account management to achieve revenue objectives, improve profitability, increase market presence, and strengthen long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Generate sales revenue through assigned distribution partners while achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution accounts to increase awareness and adoption of the company's product portfolio.
