Day to Day Duties
As an FLT Counter Balance Truck Driver your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Driving/Operating a Counter Balance Truck safely and efficiently
* Conducting inspections of the Reach Truck and reporting any faults to management
* Receiving Goods into the Warehouse
* Stowing Pallets
* Adhering to Health and Safety at all times
* Check the quantity and quality (visual) of the incoming and outgoing goods
* Receive and unpack incoming goods
* Organise stock for deliveries
* Move goods around the Warehouse as an when required
Essential Skills
As an Counter Balance Reach Truck Driver you will need the following:
* A valid Counter Balance Truck Licence that is RTITB or ITSSAR accredited
* Experience driving/operating a Reach Truck
* Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
* Good spatial awareness
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Organisational skills
* Reliability
* Self-motivated
* Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
* Team Player
Desirable Experience
* Working in a Warehouse Environment
Training
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
