Business Development Manager – Blackstock Market
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join the senior commercial team at Blackstock Market, one of Liverpool’s most ambitious and rapidly growing hospitality and entertainment destinations.
This is a full-time, target-driven role with an uncapped bonus scheme, designed for a proven performer who consistently delivers, understands complex multi-brand sales, and thrives in fast-growth environments.
You will drive revenue across all Blackstock Market brands, working directly with the owners and alongside a close-knit, highly driven leadership team to shape commercial strategy and unlock new opportunities as the business continues to expand.

* Hot Water Comedy Club
* Whisky & Water
* Weddings, private hire, corporate events and strategic partnerships
* Multiple new concept kitchens and food operations within the market, with further launches planned
This role is not entry-level. Experience is essential.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a demonstrable track record in B2B sales or business development
* Brings experience from hospitality, events, venues, leisure or premium B2B environments
* Is confident managing high-value clients and long sales cycles
* Can identify, create and close new revenue streams across multiple brands
* Operates with autonomy, commercial intelligence and accountability
