Summary
We are seeking a Level 3 Practitioner to join our team at Little Gems Day Nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their development. This position is essential for upholding our commitment to high standards of childcare.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education to children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
* Manage daily nursery routines and ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
* Support the emotional and social development of each child through positive interactions.
* Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of practice.
* Safeguard and ensure the safety of each child.
Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education is essential.
* Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
* Leadership qualities are desirable but not mandatory.
