We are recruiting confident and committed SEMH and SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs in specialist schools across Norwich and the northern outskirts of the city. Working with pupils from Reception through to Year 11, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalised learning programmes outside and inside of mainstream education. Your support will provide the stability, encouragement, and consistency that young people need to re-engage with learning and build brighter futures.

What We’re Looking For
* A resilient, proactive, and solution-focused mindset
* Confidence in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
* Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
* Experience in SEMH, SEN, care, youth work, or similar settings is highly desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
