About the Role In this role, you will oversee a caseload of electrical apprentices, guiding them throughout their learning journey. You will play a key part in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, ensuring they are fully prepared for successful End Point Assessment. Key responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality training and ongoing learner supportConducting workplace assessments and progress reviewsMonitoring and recording apprentice progressPreparing learners for End Point AssessmentBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with employersSupporting business development initiativesEnsuring compliance with industry standards and Health & SafetyMaintaining accurate documentation and recordsThe role offers flexible working arrangements, including a blend of on-site delivery, workplace visits, and remote administrative work.
